Terms of Service.

Terms and Conditions

THIS SITE AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THIS SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE EXIT THIS SITE.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the websites jesusdoes.org, jesusdoes.com, and any associated applications or services (collectively, the "Site") operated by Jesus Does, Inc. ("JesusDoes," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We may revise these terms at any time; your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

2. Description of Service

JesusDoes.org lets adults submit public-intent testimony videos for review and possible public display. It also offers account and Gathering features and links to booking and donation services. Submission does not guarantee that a testimony will be approved or published. The current Tell Him path does not offer private or organization-only video submission or guarantee a personal or ministry response.

3. Restrictions on Use and Ownership

All content, pages, and materials within the Site are the property of Jesus Does, Inc. and/or its licensors. We grant you a nonexclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use (except as provided through the inherent functionality of the platform). If you breach these Terms, your authorization to use the Site terminates immediately.

The contents of the Site, including text, images, audio, and video, are copyrighted and may not be distributed, modified, reproduced, or used without prior written consent from JesusDoes, except for personal, non-commercial use with all proprietary notices intact.

You may not use automated systems (e.g., robots, spiders) to access the Site. You agree not to collect personally identifiable information of other users or to sell or otherwise exploit that information.

4. Registration and Accounts

Certain features of the Site may require registration and creation of an account. By registering, you represent that you are able to enter into contracts and that your registration information is current, complete, and accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at pete@jesusdoes.org.

JesusDoes may accept or reject registrations and may revoke accounts at any time, with or without cause.

5. Your Content

Any content you submit through the Site, including videos, images, audio, text, comments, and other materials ("Your Content"), will be treated in accordance with our Video Release and Consent Form and this Terms of Service.

You grant JesusDoes and its affiliates, partner organizations, and authorized distributors a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to reproduce, transmit, display, distribute, create derivative works of, perform, and otherwise use Your Content on the Site, on partner platforms, on video hosting services such as YouTube, and elsewhere for our mission-related and business purposes in all media now known or later developed.

For a video submitted through Tell Him, you affirm that you intend possible public distribution and understand that someone with its direct media link may be able to watch it before editorial review. A private journal or Gathering does not change the public intent of that video.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and grant the licenses provided above. You are solely responsible for Your Content.

6. Testimony-Specific Provisions

Distribution: Tell Him accepts public-intent testimony videos only. It does not currently offer a private, organization-only, or small-group video choice. Approved testimony may be displayed publicly. Someone with the direct media link may be able to watch a raw upload before review. After public distribution, we cannot guarantee control over further redistribution by third parties.

Prayer requests: a "Jesus Please" video submitted through Tell Him is public-intent testimony, not a private help request. It does not guarantee a response from JesusDoes or a ministry partner. Contact appropriate local services if you need immediate help.

Communications: we may send account, booking, submission, or request-related messages. Submitting a testimony does not itself enroll you in periodic follow-up or promotional emails.

AI processing: submitted content may be processed using artificial intelligence technologies, including transcription, thematic analysis, and categorization. AI processing is used to improve the platform and does not alter the substance of your testimony.

Partner organizations: approved public testimony may be shared with or displayed by authorized partner organizations as described in the Video Release. Tell Him does not currently offer an organization-specific or restricted-distribution video choice.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Site to: upload content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; impersonate any person or entity; transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights of others; transmit viruses or other harmful code; harvest user information; interfere with or disrupt the Site or connected networks; or transmit unsolicited commercial communications. We may remove content that violates these terms and may suspend or terminate your access.

8. Copyright Infringement Notices

As provided in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, our designated agent for notification of potential copyright infringement is: Attn: DMCA Agent, Jesus Does, Inc., 6419 Broadway Street, Indianapolis, IN 46220. Phone: 317-750-6267. Email: pete@jesusdoes.org.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JesusDoes AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE IS TO STOP USING IT.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jesus Does, Inc. and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Video Release and Consent Form, and any additional terms you agree to when using specific Site features, constitute the entire agreement between you and JesusDoes regarding the Site.
